We have already been through the laws of the United States. We have already proven beyond a reasonable doubt that the Governor of the commonwealth of Virginia is liable and responsible for a fraudulent con artist, Charles Johnson, posting a fraudulent job on a state job website.
Title 18USC95 specifically outlines the racketeering crime Mr. Johnson is guilty of. The Governor of the Commonwealth to this day has made no effort to contact me and rectify this situation. I am urging anyone in Virginia, West Virginia, to write to the governor and make him live up to his responsibility under vicarious liability.
The Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia is exactly in the same responsibility as the commander of a ship. That rule goes like this; the captain of a ship is responsible for the conduct of the crew under his command. Therefore, The Governor of the commonwealth is responsible for the conduct of all state agencies under his time in office.
It is time that we make sure that our representatives are doing the job we put them in there to do. It looks like this Governor cannot handle his jurisdiction and responsibility. In what is a right cross to the country, Charles Adam Johnson continues his racketeering with a new breed of scam. He is in the networking buildings and not paying employees. I have received an email that a person, that will not be named, has been working for Charles Johnson for a matter of 2 months networking Cat 5 cable through a building. To the dismay this person stated to me that she found out it was bad when no pay check has come.
Charles Johnson has not been stopped. It is up to all of us to make sure that this person is brought to justice and make these Governors do their job by paying restitution to those who have gotten this job from a State job site. The State job site is to be free from the opportunity for fraudulent companies to post want adds.
If we all do our part we can bring Charles Adam Johnson down. He is guilty on the United States Code; 18USC95. Get Charles Johnson and those like him, Write to our legislators and governors to make businesses pay for their crimes. Businesses are the source of our economy and we need to have integrity.
The time is now, Election day is approaching get these representatives to do their job or lets get these waste of space out of office and put people in that will secure our future.
Beware of Fraudulent Employers
In this economy there are still predators out there that are actually providing slave labor. This means that you do not get paid for the work that you perform. The biggest racketeer in the United States today, is Charles Adam Johnson. Charles Johnson’s latest scams make people drive their own personal vehicles and go to businesses and peoples personal houses to fix dell computers under warranty.
The actual position is legitimate however Dell pays a certain amount per quarter and Charles Johnson keeps the money while you waste your time and money to keep the vehicle on the road to work.
The problem is that the crappy management this country has allows him to violate Federal law. The Federal Bureau of Investigations and the internal revenue Service is aware and has a full report. Actually I have been fighting this crime since I have been a victim. I swore not to allow this to happen to anyone again.
The Federal Trade Commission is next on my list; these are the guys that can prevent Charles Adam Johnson from ever being in Business in the United States ever again. Please help me write to the Federal trade Commission write and tell them we need stricter laws against businesses to prevent the good people from being victims of racketeers like these.
I am calling on all people of the United States to write to the Governor of their state and demand that businesses be put on stricter punishments for racketeering and fraud. These are the people that are responsible for the economy. If they do not hire a lot of people they are destroying our economy. If everyone is working, then everyone is earning. If everyone is earning, then everyone is spending. If everyone is spending, then the currency is circulating. If the currency is circulating, then our economy is flourishing.
